MyMigration is a tool to help integrate into the labour market, at any stage of the career path and in any location for people who:

1. have experienced going abroad in their own country, have lived and worked there or are still there
2. have not experienced living and working abroad, but may be experiencing migration within their own country, labour market mobility through job changes, employment breaks, promotions or starting their own business.

In this research study you will learn about your four key capitals: human, psychological, social and economic. You can use the feedback you get in recruitment, job or promotion interviews or include it in your CV and portfolio for use in the job market. The feedback you see on the portal can take two forms: direct feedback, where your results are calculated and shown to others, and indirect feedback, where there is a social background against which you can see and compare yourself. Only you have access to your individual results and it is up to you whether you share them with anyone, such as your employer.
