Our initiative mainly works for Ukrainian refugee women and their children. Among other things, the women in our group have already transported more than 1 000 people (95% women and children) safely and delivered more than 250 tonnes of humanitarian aid to Ukraine. Now, in addition to transports, we run a center for refugee women and their children, where they are provided with accommodation.

TRANSPORT

The idea of women and children being transported by women was born out of both concerns for the safety of refugee women and the need to provide them with psychological comfort during such a traumatic journey from Ukraine to a foreign country. Many women, especially from the eastern regions, are afraid or even refuse to travel with a foreign man; thanks to our initiative, these fears are minimised – women feel safer among other women, and in addition, when going to Ukraine we always deliver humanitarian aid to places as remote as Nikopol or Kharkiv.
