On the first floor there is an information desk for refugees and on the second floor of the central station there is a point where you can:
- spend one night (overnight)
- have tea, coffee, cocoa for children
- eat a sandwich
- rest
- recharge your phone
- obtain information on accommodation, transport.
There are places for mothers with children and hygiene products are available.
