The Jedność (Unity) Foundation is a close-knit team of 6 Ukrainian refugee women with many years of experience in the field of education and culture.

The main Foundation activity. Centrum Wielokulturowe Jedność (The Unity Multicultural Center) is a space where numerous educational and cultural projects for adults and children from different national cultures are implemented, as well as educational, integration and MHPSS for refugees from Ukraine (women, children from 9 years old, youth).

The mission of the organization is to create a foundation for a happy future society without wars, discrimination and meaningless life. We believe in the genius of every child. We know how to create an environment in which, in cooperation with parents, a young child develops into a worthy personality capable of intelligent and systematic thinking, ethically mature and able to positively influence society.

The Center offers the following projects for children and adults:

1. For children and teenagers:

– Out-of-school learning: psychosocial, educational and integration support

– Theater studio

– Cultural and natural history excursions

– Space for development and relaxation (board games, watching movies)

2. For children and adults:

-Multicultural space for creativity and crafts

-Language courses

-Concerts, exhibitions

-Literary clubs

3. For an adult audience:

– Open Academy of culture – project for the development of thinking (lectures on philosophy, history and culture)

– Democratic development project (integration: networking meetings, creative workshops, exchange of experience among the community of people with migration and refugee experience)

– Group MHPSS for women (art therapy, body relaxation practices, transformational games, trainings on stress management and crisis management)
