We have set up a helpdesk for people from Ukraine, which provides free support every day from Monday to Friday for ten hours. The people employed there communicate in Polish, Ukrainian and Russian.

Their daily work includes helping to provide short-term accommodation (an activity we carry out thanks to the cooperation established with the Biedronka Foundation).

Other services provided are:
– assistance in finding long-term accommodation,
– assistance in finding work,
– information on organisations/institutions providing professional support such as psychological, medical or legal assistance,
– Polish language courses,
– integration meetings for people from Ukraine,
– rental subsidies for flats.
