A new stationary Citizen Service Centre “Паспортний сервіс” has opened in Kraków. What services are available to Ukrainians?

– issuing a passport and identity card;
– issuing a passport to a Ukrainian citizen for travel abroad;
– issuance of an identity card;
– exchange of driving licence;
– insurance registration.

Applications for passport documents can be made both by appointment and on the spot in the queue. Services can be paid for directly on the spot. The Krakow centre is open Monday to Saturday from 9am to 6pm.
