The Ukrainian Association of Women Lawyers ”Jurfem” – the initiative “JurFem: support” aims to help survivors of sexual violence, rape, sexual harassment, etc., as well as survivors of all forms of gender discrimination.

We help in such cases:

• rape
• sexual violence
• sexual coercion
• dismissal or refusal of employment due to sex, pregnancy, having children or single-parenting
• sexual harassment
• refusal to increase wages or promotion due to sex, pregnancy, the presence of children or single-parenting
• other cases involve discrimination based on sex or social status

What do we do?

• We will provide you with legal advice
• We will find a lawyer for you in your region and pay for service if you do not have the funds
• We will support you at all stages of the case
• We will direct you to medical and psychological help
• If necessary, we will draw up your individual security plan
• We will provide information about shelters, public organizations that work in your region and are ready to help you
