If a person with a disability receives a pension or assistance, the amount of which does NOT exceed 2 subsistence minimums for the disabled, then in this case the person can count on free secondary legal assistance – drawing up procedural documents and representing interests in court FREE OF CHARGE, at the expense of the state.
